Typically in person and on location, we'll step through and assess your wants and needs. We'll go through the details of your lifestyle, vision and budget for your project. This initial step is completely free and comes with zero pressure to move forward!

We will provide a rough budget range based on our initial discussion and site assessment for the overall costs of your project. If the budget range fits your expectations then it's a green light to proceed.

Note: Larger projects may require a non-refundable design fee to measure, design and create construction documents.

Scope and Budget has been established it's important for us to gather all of the existing conditions. We'll also identify any potential issues and discuss challenges.

Time to get excited. Your designer will present you with 1 or 2 designs of your project. We won't actually start picking materials just yet because we want the focus to be on form and functionality.

Design's complete, now we can start picking the materials for your project. You'll be paired with a professional designer to ensure the complete vision is achieved.

The final step is to review the your final design, your final selections, and see the total cost of your project. We'll review the price and financing options if available.

Everything looks good! We'll sign the Remodeling Agreement and schedule your project for construction.
